I've forgotten my password or how do I change my existing password?

Learn how to change your existing password.

Forgot password:

Open the "Login page" and click on "Forgot password". Enter your email address and click on "Send a password reset link to your email". The link you receive by email will take you directly back to the Climedo website. You can now create a new password from here.

Change existing password:

1. Click on "Your name" within Climedo in order to access "My profile".
2. From here, you can change your password under "Password update".
