Learn how you can add and update sites in your study.
In your second Step (2. Access) you can edit your sites and create new ones. To create a new site click on the corresponding button and a new window will pop up.
1. You need to give the site a name, e.g. "Site 7".
2. Then add a specific site ID, e.g. 0007.
Note: In most studies, each subject is assigned a unique number called a SIC (Subject Identification Code), e.g. 00070023. The first four digits represent your site ID, the next four are a counter of the number of subjects enrolled per site. |
3. Select the site's country and respective time zone. Currently, the time zone is only relevant for the ePRO scheduling of multinational studies (see details).
4. Optionally, you can add a site description, city, postal code, as well as other properties.
5. Remember to click save at the end.
Please note that the site ID, country and time zone of the site cannot be updated once subjects have been enrolled.
Please make sure not to use any special characters in the site ID. The only special characters that can be used are the following: ‘-’ (hyphen) or ‘_’ (underscore). |
