⭐ Input forms, workflows and trigger events cannot be edited directly in an 'Active' study, and an active study cannot be set back to 'In Preparation' or 'Testing'. To make changes in an active study, create a sandbox environment, make and test your changes there, and then publish them to the active study. Read Sandbox Environment - Updating Active Studies and Surveys. ⭐ With the study status "completed", collaborators with the right to "Enroll a new subject" will continue to see the corresponding button in the Subject Overview. Nevertheless, they cannot create new subject for systemic reasons.
